WARRANTY AND RETURN INFORMATION

We're so confident you'll love your new SLEEPTRACKER®, we'll let you test drive it for 30 days with no risk. If you decide you don't want it, we'll take it back. Here's how the test drive works:

1.  Purchase a SLEEPTRACKER® from our online store.

2.  Set it up and start enjoying it.

3.  If you don't love it, contact us within 30 days of your order and we'll arrange for you to return your SLEEPTRACKER® for a full refund*.

*We will refund only the cost of the item, no shipping or other charges will be refunded.   For items with shipping included we will refund the item minus a $12.00 handling charge. The item must be returned in a merchantable condition, and shipped at your own cost.  Refunds will be issued by mailed cheque to the address that you provide, or to the same credit card number that you purchased the item with at our sole discretion, please ensure that this address is correct as we will not reissue lost or misdirected cheques.  Our goal is to issue a refund cheque, or credit your credit card within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

Warranty

SLEEPTRACKER Canada Inc. on behalf of Innovative Sleep Solutions LLC, the maker of the SLEEPTRACKER®, will handle the warranty claims of any individual who has purchased their product from a retailer within Canada pursuant to the following warranty conditions.  Innovative Sleep Solutions LLC, the maker of SLEEPTRACKER® warrants, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date, SLEEPTRACKER® to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If SLEEPTRACKER® proves to be defective, Innovative Sleep Solutions, LLC will, at its option, after you return the defective SLEEPTRACKER®, repair your SLEEPTRACKER® with new or reconditioned parts or replace it with the same or similar model, without charge.  Contact us for information on where to send your defective SLEEPTRACKER®.

While there is no charge for repair or replacement of a defective SLEEPTRACKER®, a cheque in the amount of $10.00CND, payable to SLEEPTRACKER Canada Inc., must accompany a returned SLEEPTRACKER® to cover postage, handling, insurance, and related costs. As a condition to this warranty, you must include the original retail purchase receipt or purchase information, such as store and address, when returning your SLEEPTRACKER®. Please also include your name, street address, and phone number to ensure proper return, as well as a written statement explaining what is wrong with your SLEEPTRACKER®.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Any repair or replacement needed after the warranty expires

2. SLEEPTRACKERs® that were not purchased from an authorized dealer

3. Damage or defect caused by misuse or abuse (including repairs or alterations by anyone not authorized by Innovative Sleep Solutions, LLC)

4. Lens or crystal, strap or band, watchcase, attachments or battery. The purchaser may be charged for repair or replacement of any of these parts.
